Size: Smoked Quail 2 / 3.5-4.5oz.
  • All of our smoked meats are fully cooked, and come frozen. Remove packaging before heating.

    Thaw quails in the refrigerator 24 hours before heating in oven.

    Preheated oven (wrap) quails in foil at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Is one option if you prefer.


    1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and place quail in oven-safe dish.

    2. Rub quail with butter or olive oil. Cover with foil.

    3. Bake 15-20 minutes.

    4. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

  • Serving:

    • Serve the pecan-smoked whole quail as a beautiful and delicious centerpiece. You can serve them whole or halve them to showcase the tender meat.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon for added brightness.
